Born and raised in the vibrant and bustling city of New York, Lonnie was the oldest of six siblings. He grew up in a close-knit family, guided by parents who hailed from the Carolinas and instilled in him the values of resilience and perseverance. Lonnie's life took a turn when he lost his mother early on and was raised by his loving grandmother. Despite the challenges, her nurturing support provided him with a strong foundation.
At the tender age of 14, Lonnie's journey of self-sufficiency began. He embarked on the path of hard work, earning his way through high school and taking his first steps toward independence. By the age of 19, he proudly purchased his first car, symbolizing the fruits of his labor and determination.
At 20, Lonnie's life took a new direction as he met the love of his life and started a family. The responsibilities of fatherhood and the desire to provide a better life for his family inspired him to push the boundaries of his potential. At the age of 21, Lonnie took the plunge into entrepreneurship, starting his first business, which would be the launchpad for his future success.

Over the years, Lonnie, now a father of five, exhibited an extraordinary capacity for invention. His most celebrated creation, the "Drink & Dream Baby Bottle," revolutionized the way parents cared for their infants. The innovation and convenience of this product made it a household staple, and Lonnie's name became synonymous with ingenuity.
In addition to all of Lonnie's prolific lineup of inventions, he came up with the brilliant idea of combining slicing pizza and seasoning with his favorite spices all at the same time. He shared the idea with his partner and longtime friend Kevin and collectively brought Slice N Spice to life.
Lonnie's journey was not without its share of challenges, but his unwavering determination and unbreakable spirit saw him through the toughest times. He met a business partner who shared his vision and embarked on several more ventures, introducing more innovative products to the world.
Today, Lonnie stands as living proof that dreams, hard work, and persistence are the keys to achieving one's goals. His legacy is not only about entrepreneurship but also about family, love, and the resilience to overcome life's obstacles.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and personal development, Kevin committed himself to a rigorous pursuit of education, ultimately earning a degree in engineering. Yet, beneath the surface of his engineering career, Kevin harbored a deep-seated passion for product development. Since the age of 19, he found himself constantly engrossed in the imaginative realm of innovative ideas that could bring about positive change in people's lives.
One of Kevin's captivating brainchildren is the "Slice N Spice" pizza slicer—a concept that seamlessly melds his love for food and inventive thinking. This groundbreaking idea aims to redefine the pizza-slicing experience with its sleek design and innovative features, promising to elevate the enjoyment of everyone's favorite dish.

Luis Alman
Luis Alman, known to many as “Luigi,” is a dynamic professional with a diverse career spanning security management, sales leadership, and product innovation. As a General Manager of the "Slice N Spice" brand, Luis combines his extensive experience in leadership and business strategy with a passion for bringing creative ideas to life.
With nearly seven years as Captain Supervisor at Yeshiva University, Luis managed a security team of 45, safeguarding university property and the President. He developed strong leadership skills, implemented security protocols, conducted risk assessments, and coordinated emergency response plans. Luis also provided security services to CEOs of major corporations like Univisa Protele Inc. and Hudson Partners, requiring exceptional discretion and strategic planning.
After building a solid foundation in security management, Luis transitioned into the automotive industry, where he led sales departments for Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, and Volkswagen dealerships. In these roles, he developed and executed innovative sales strategies, built and maintained strong client relationships, and consistently exceeded sales targets.

His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his hands-on experience in high-pressure environments, makes him a driving force behind the brand's success.

Lisa Ascolese is the CEO and founder of the company Inventing A to Z, and author of her book “The Inventress’s Guide To Inventing The Right Way - All Or Nothing Now Or Never”. She’s a 100% black woman-owned and operated business specializing in comprehensive product development from concept to fruition. Known for her keynote speaking on the topic of speaking positive words into existence Lisa literally transforms lives daily. With her expertise in prototyping, inventing, patenting, and licensing, Lisa guides her clients on a transformative journey from initial concept to showcasing their products on renowned television networks from QVC to HSN, ABC television, retail stores and more. Lisa recently launched her own shopping network called "ISTV" Inventors Spotlight TV, inventorsspotlighttv.com. Lisa is not only a business owner, she holds many patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
As a very young woman in a male-dominated field she faced hurdles that she knew she would have to jump over and work harder for and she certainly knew she was not alone in that journey, so she decided to organize a nonprofit organization, "called AOWIE," The Association Of Women Inventors And Entrepreneurs to help women know their worth in this untapped industry.
Lisa has an impressive client list which include many corporations such as Service Lamp, Sylvania Lighting, Westinghouse. She spearheads putting together campaigns to get companies and individuals on national shopping networks such as QVC selling out products in literally seconds in addition to helping clients get their products licensed and in retail stores.
Additionally, Lisa works with many celebrity clients, from actor, singer, Tyrese Gibson from Fast and the Furious to the Emmy award singer actress Dionne Warwick, Chef Carla Hall, Emmy award winning singer actress Gloria Gaynor, Sheryl Lee Ralph from the hit series, Abbott Elementary, to Own Network, Melody Holt Love And Marriage Huntsville, actress Jasmine Guy and the list goes on. Lisa remains at the forefront of innovation and technology. Her passion and goal is to see every client succeed.
